We accept checks, cash, VISA, Mastercard payment for services. Payments, including health insurance co-payments, are due at the time of service. Patients who are eligible for health insurance should bring their insurance cards with them during their visit, and we will bill your insurance provider.

This test will only be ordered if it’s necessary to help our chiropractors diagnose your problem, or if your treatment has not progressed as anticipated. X-ray are generally not needed to receive care.

Depending on their specific conditions, some patients may experience a mild level of discomfort. However, the majority of the patients report relief and decrease in pain. Our chiropractors will ensure that you are aware of everything they are doing before they perform the adjustments

OREGON: ALL Oregon auto insurance policies, carry personal injury protection (PIP) clause of at least $15,000 per person, per vehicle. You have 2 years from the accident date. Typically, zero out of pocket for medical cost as a result of a car accident.
WASHINGTON:  Some Washington auto insurance policies carry personal injury protection (PIP) clause of at least $10,000 per person, per vehicle. You have 3 years from the accident date. Typically, zero out of pocket for medical cost as a result of a car accident. Note: You will need to verify if you carry (PIP) on your insurance policy. 

If you do not carry PIP on your insurance coverage, you will need to be represented by an attorney to receive treatment. At the end of your treatment, your attorney will help pay for medical treatment.

Patients visiting for the first time should expect our chiropractors to explain the chiropractic process and how it can help. We will alleviate your concerns and ask you questions to further understand your pain. Patients should expect to undergo treatment on their first visit. Our chiropractors will work with you to establish a plan of care, and provide you with a clear plan for any follow-up visits.
